Fuel Problem

Alright guys, I think Im burning more fuel then usual, I dont get very good gas mileage (not that I should I guess). Is it possible with only 38,000 miles on the Cobra I need my injectors cleaned? If so can I buy cleaner or I have to have someone else do it?

Also has anyone had a rattling noise in thier back seat up by the window. If so how can I fix it.

Not sure about the fuel issue but check the basics first to rule out anything you may have overlooked (ie - condition of sparkplugs, clean air filter element, properly inflated tires, fuel filter, etc).


As far as the rattling noise - check for loose welds/seams by the B-pillar (or along the C-pillar, as it is closer to the rear window?) on the passenger side. I remember a few of the 99/01 guys had come across similar problems with rattles and squeaks originating in that area. Be sure to check the seams along the trunk shock towers too...g'luck!
