fuel pump and injectors

When should these be replaced and with which ones.My car is a 98gt and i am the third owner. I think everything i didn't mod is original.

fuel pump is always a good upgrade make sure you get a 255 for it even if you dont need it , you might later , injectors usually dont need to be replaced unless you think they are reaching the end of their duty cycle or just bad or unless you wanna replace them for piece of mind , but always upgrade to bigger calibrated mass air if you go with a bigger size .

Thanks i thought the injectors were suppose to be replaced regurarly. I will probably upgrade the pump too.
