Not that this helps. So do you have two complete lines connected with no plugs? The 3rd (lower) line might be a continuation of one hose and we dont even deal with it normally...........
I do think your return might be plugged.

Real good and a huge thanks to marius of corral.net for knowing that little rubber peice is a baffle and not a plug like I assumed it was. I'm just hoping one of the Ford techs has a fuel unit laying around with the orange baffle still attached.
