Hey guys.Been 5 years since I drove my car. So I get it started and drive it some and notice under boost the fuel pressure dropped. so I let off and just took it home. Its now been a few months and when I try and start it the pumps dont prime and the car doesnt start. Im going to dig into it this week ,But this is my question. I have the old 255 and T-rex set up in the car. Is that still ok? or is there anything different now? This is and old system and something tells me Im going to be putting in a new pump anyways.

You can get bigger than 255lph now, 340lph and up.
Do you need more than a 255lph , how much boost ?

Yeah I would look at a larger pump, then you could eliminate the boost -a-pump,
It's been a few years since my cars been boosted but I'm guessing you're
may need to upgrade fuel lines to support it.
Not sure of your power levels but once you start heading north of 550-600 hp stock fuel lines become a problem

fuel lines and everything has been ok for years with this setup. i just found out last night that both the in tank and t-rex are shot. so i was just wondering if i should replace both or just do something better.

If it were me I would upgrade to a single larger pump .
Something like this , although you wouldn't need the hanger if you're staying with stock lines.

Thats what Im leaning to. I just hear stories of heated gas in the line. But wouldnt I have had that same issue with the 255 in tank and the T-rex ? or does that work different.

I would've put iso heet in the night before, primed it 3-4 times before start, and then clear flood the injectors. Maybe thats just me though.
