I finally got my 86 GT 5.0 SD EFI back together but now I can not get the fuel pump to energize. It was running when I pulled it into the shop.
There are two connectors under the drivers seat, one is the fuel pump relay but there is also another two prong connector there. Does it connect to the seat belt 2 prong connector or the 2 prong connector with the wires coming out of the transmission tunnell which look to be for Cruise control?
I hooked up the connector to the one coming from the tunnel, but now I do not have anything to hook up the seatbelt sensor to which leads me to believe my wiring is wrong which is causing the car to crank but not catch because the fuel pump is not working ( I can tell because it no longer clicks).
Can anyone help out? Thanks!
