What’s a good upgrade for my 03 Mach 1. Mine is dead. It’s stock right now.

By upgrade I think you mean more flow.If your Mach is stock and you are planning on keeping it that way then I don't see any advantage to a higher flowing pump. I would just get a quality stock replacement.

I was thinking to upgrading some things in the future. Not major changes but a few modifications for a little more horsepower. So get a stock replacement anyway?

My understanding is its not necessary with the usual bolt on's ie headers, CAI, off road pipe etc. If you are going boost then there are all sorts of options depending on your pocketbook ie aftermarket pumps, Cobra Tank w/pumps etc.
