The Fuel Purge Solenoid for the Charcoal Canister...
Two questions:
1. What is the method for testing the solenoid, is it by continuity or by applying power?
2. How can you test that it is receiving power?
...obviously by DMM but does it run power constantly ( which i would think it doesnt or you would just route dorectly to the intake) or is there a certain time period you have to wait for the tank to reach a certain pressure to activate which will vary per car?
