When i turn the key to let the fuel-pump pump gas it buzzes like normal in the tank, but there is a leak i hear can really pinpoint it yet though. its like under the TB somewhere around the regulator. I hear a psssssssssss kinda sound but there is no gas leaking its dry and i couldnt feel any air coming out.
i put a new regulator on but still didnt help. i loosened the 2 bolts that holds the rail down on that side and if i shake it a bit it will stop leaking for a second but it just comes back. theres like no spot for it to be quiet. and all of this is with the key just turned car is not running. Whats up with this guys?!!?!?!?!?!?!?

You are prolly just hearing the fuel rush through the rails. If there was a gas leak you would smell it for sure.

When you have a leak at 38-40psi you know it in a hurry, gas should be allover the place. I just about burned my car down starting my 347 for the first time. One of the rails cam loose and allowed the injector hat to come unsealed....yikes.
