fuel system cleaner on supercharged GT(rough idle)

Is it ok to use a fuel system cleaner on a 2000 supercharged GT with cobra pumps? Will it mess anything up? The cleaners that you pour in the gas tank. My car has a rough idle and it got better when I changed the injectors but it came back within a few hours. Any ideas?

Grab a can of Chemtool and dump it in the tank. I've never seen it hurt and S/C car but I would try to stay out of boost if possible.

What plugs do you have in the car? How many miles on them? Also, when was the last time you changed the fuel filter?

sounds like a slight blockage, I would say change you filter also and run cleaner again.
