fuel tank is leaking

Well, I just filled up my gas tank (full) for the first time in a few weeks....
went to the mall, and when I came out, I discovered that I was leaking gas.
I got home, and all I can tell is that it appears to be leaking from the top section of the tank...Anyone have to replace a gas tank before? Know the cost/time it takes...stuff like that?

more then likley its the gasket between the filler neck and the tank, my 87 lx had the same problem if i filled the tank over half.
