Ok, so our line that went from the top of the gas tank to the (currently non-existant) charcoal canister got hacked in the metal work process. We removed it with the front to rear brake line. We're replacing the brake line with stainless....but the vapor line didn't come with the fuel line "kit" we also bought in stainless. Since we aren't running the canister anyway, anyone know if/how we can delete this line? I dont know if we'll even be able to find a new one, and don't know what we'd do with it if we did. As a side note, we're running exhaust turn downs right before the rear axle (until we get a good price on someone fabbing up a new system), so venting the fumes right at the tank might not be such a hot idea...Suggestions, comments

Just there to scrub the hydocarbons that are evaporating from the tank, you can delete it just make sure that you put a vented cap on it unless you tank already has one somewhere else?

Thanks for the quick reply-the 73 gas cap is vented (I am 99% sure)...

Just an emissions thing, and I'm sure that the charcoal from 1973 has absorbed everything that it's ever going to by now!! I'd delete that canister too and save a pound!!
