I've been away from the forum and the game for a long while. Life and whatnot.

I still have my 94 GT that I got way back in 2004. It still runs and is in good shape aside from a few issues (power seat motor, power windows, seat cloth, and the rack and pinion is worn out and the wheel is permanently angled to the left).

Anyway, has anyone done a full restoration on a 94-95 yet? If so how much money did it cost? I eventually want to do this and would like to get ideas on time, money, effort, etc.

That question leaves a lot of variables
amount of work you can do yourself
condition of existing parts
price of replacement parts aftermarket verses NOS

Full resto depends on how extensive you want to get.

I probably have 100-200 hours of my own labor and maybe $10K just into a partial restoration (and engine build)on my Fox. No paint or interior work as I had some that previously.

I’m doing a full restore on a 97 Saleen and then I’m going to do my 95 Mustang. I’m going all NOS replacement parts on my cars as I’ve been collecting the parts since 2000 and hoarding. If you can do a lot of work yourself it’ll help. Red paint is just expensive. I’ll be doing all the body work and paint on my 95.
