So today something happend and i thought it was kind of funny so why not share with everyone.
So i on my way home from class today (correctional officer training) and at stop light this z28 pulls up beside me, it was a newer one and im not a chevy fan but i can say this car sounded pretty good. It was cammed out so bad it was hard for him to keep it runing. When the light turns green he shoots off like he was running a drag strip (in the middle of town might i add)and the car was so dang loud my ears were RINGING so at the next like im beside him again and he tells me to roll my window down and says "that little sissy 4.6 dont stand a chance now does it?". The light turn green and off he goes.. but when he took off i noticed that his back class said "i eat mustangs for lunch". i was kind of offended by this but it was funny at the same time i think. So tell me what you think

wow, people with built engine's talking crap to guys with bolt ons. I'ma pull up to a ford Taurus and tell him to roll down the window - then go home and stroke my ego to my cam card.

hey,
My last car was a 1999 SHO.
That engine was more powerful than the stock Mustangs of previous years.
only 3.4 liters, but it puts out 235 hp and 230 lb-ft of torque.
and I believe the mustangs had 215hp? (1994-1998)
It may not have won every race... but it sure did give them a run for their money.
Fast car, and nice. I miss leather/automatic climate control
It was just too heavy :notnice:

Hey hey hey now. 1998 had 225 BHP:D

That is how the GM guys role. They feel all bad ass picking on stock cars.

Precisely, had some big old D-bag in a C5 Vette obviously cammed with "400 shot". Said it ran nines, driving like a complete tool in the middle of the city, he was talking **** to me. I was going to complement him but f him. He had the leather Corvette racing jacket and gloves on, in rush hour bumper to bumper traffic. What ever floats your boat I guess.

Sorry, I am against street racing big time but I woulda bent and shown him what a 4.6 can do. The first run he did I woulda laughed and enjoyed the sound of the LS1 (I do like that engine) but when I saw the sticker and then him making that comment..... I woulda just had to lay the smack doen on him. Problem is there are two nice SS Camaros in my town and they screw mercilessly with the GT owners but twice now I have pulled next to them, looked over and smile and wave. The first time he pretended he couldnt see or hear me (my car is a bit loud :) ). Second time he looked over as I had my chit eating grin on and waved then promptly turned :rlaugh:

Why wont they play with me? :( Only thing that ever tries to screw with me are douches in Dodge Turbo Diesels :nonono:

ya i like the sound of that engine to and i was goin to tell him he had a nice car. Ya my GT is stock and people with built cars like that always wanna trash talk and most of the time i tell them follow me to my friends house and the ask why and i tell them that my friend has a badd ass termi and they make up a story or whatever.
O ya laserSVT your car is amazing i read your other post about all the bad luck sorry about all that but its all worth it! i want a termi so bad!

That story doesn't seem so funny. It is definately lacking something.

Now it'd be funny if you had a nasty blower setup on an otherwise stock apearance GT and dusted his @ss from the 2nd light. :D I love nothing more than embarrassing trouble-makers in my 2.3. Most see my fox and assume it is a 5.slow and will be an easy win. I very rarely start anything on the street, but 99% of the time I can finish it. ;)

I used to get hated on at every stop light by anything that thought it was fast :) Then I got a big turbo and 500 horses to the wheels with the import car.

My 2v has 300 to the wheels.

I pretty much don't get picked on by anyone anymore? What can you say to me? I have a domestic and an import and neither are slow :)
