Fuse for Convertibles?????

Is there a fuse I need to throw in for the convertible harness in the center console???? I cant get any power off any of those leads and I dont have an owners manual.

i dont have an owners manual either but just go under the hood and check the fuses with a test light

make sure the parking brake is up too i made that mistake before
