I figured I would throw this out to the floor, but I'm not certain how many of you actually have this issue:

In Canada, in my '94 GT Vert, I have a daytime running light module in my car so my headlights will be on a dim througout the day (canadian law)

now i'm not certain if this is for every mustang, from what I know the mustangs built in the states don't run these until 96? 98? help me out.

Anyway to my point, if you have a convertible with daytime running lights,
you can't:

a) unplug the fuse for the lights otherwise your gt fog lights and horn will not work &
b) do not unplug the module itself (located underneath the drivers side wheel), because apparently (found out this the hard way) your convertible top does not function while it is unplugged.

So if you know the wire I need to splice in order to get the running lights to stop running, i would be greatly appreciative, since this is my only last option to get them to stop running.

It's only in Canada that MUST have those, it's really not worth the hassle/headach you may get by cops. My buddy has a 98 and it doesn't have daytie running lights  maybe 99+.

Hm, maybe the 99+
I'm not very familiar with the running lights.

I dunno, i've just never been a big fan of the running lights
the cops around here aren't that bad.
and once i get fixated on an idea, i must go for the gold!
the lights must be off :D
