G.M. Syncromesh Transmission Fluid

I just bought 3 qts. of this for my t-45 transmission. I have always heard it is the best, But i just wanted to make sure I bought the right stuff! Can anyone reassure me??

Been using it in my car since I got it (Nov. 01) with no problems. Although I think the t-45/3650 take 3.3 qts.

Correct - you got the right stuff, but not enough...3.3 as 01BlkGT said.

I have used red line's equivalent and the syncromesh in my 3550 I am probably going to go back to the red line. the tranny seemed to have shifted a little better. I got the syncromesh at advance auto.

You can get the Syncromesh at autozone. But its still a petroleum based product. Synthetic is way to go.
