If everyone in here drove just city, you wouldn't get more than 19 mpg. Sticker says 17 mpg.

We have the exact same car and same problem!

I too am seeing just about 140-175 miles per tank. WTF??

What octane are you running?

BTW- I have 650 miles on mine.

I used to average 18-20 when i drove nice. Since the turbo that has dropped to about 14-16 on average, driving nice is damn near impossible

I use 89..sometimes 93......still wouldn't make a HUGE difference...I would be happier if I got 275 a tank.

I've tried 93 and 89 octane, currently running 89 because it seems to go longer mileage wise than on 93. Dunno what is with these damn Mach's my buddies 99 Cobra gets way better mileage than me it sucks!@

Stick with at least 91 octane, the Machs aren't designed to use anything less. I got maybe 15mpg on my first tank of gas

Actually they are, read the owner's manual. The engine was redesigned.

wierd, the '04 says "Premium fuel only" right there on the gas gauge...
