Has anyone that has swapped the PI intake onto the non-PI heads gasket matched the heads to the intake? I saw a couple pics and it seems like it wouldn't be too bad. What I'm wondering is if there is enough metal around the port to do the matching or would I run into a water jacket?

it would also matter that the lenght of the ports to match isn't too short

That's true. I didn't think about that. It would be pointless to match the port in the head and still not be able to blend it.
