So I have a 2001 Bullitt gauge cluster that I purchased and it on the actual gauge cluster (not the lens) it had something on it, like something had dripped on it. So I took a paper towel and dampened it and tried to clean it off and it slightly removed it but now instead of the gauge cluster being more of a matte finish, the area I cleaned/rubbed it shiny. Anybody have any suggestions on cleaning the gauge cluster or how to get it back to looking matte?
