Hi
I am having a problem with my gauge lights not working. I've replaced intrument voltage regulator and checked the ground and all the bulbs and still not getting any power. The weird thing is though is that the other night i was driving home and had my hi beams on and i hit a bump in the road and they came on then i hit another bump and they turned back off. Is there something i'm missing?Appreciate any advice.

So i just now got done installing the new light switch and still no gauge lights. I did notice however that my fuse box is looking pretty beat up. Do you think it could be that or is it a ground? If anyone has some ideas i'm open to suggestions.

Are your fuses all good ? Double check them. You may have blown a fuse out if you didn't pull the battery cable when you went to change the switch out.

I'm having the same problem. You are saying that from the fuse box a wire goes to the light switch then to the light cluster? What fuse would be out? What color is the wire from the fuse box to the light switch?

I don't know if its the same for every year Mustang. I've got a shop manual for the 67 so if you have a 67 I can look that up. What year is your car ?

I have a 68 convvertible. And the only reason i think it may be the actual fuse box is because when I turn my heater on you can see it spark and the heater turns on and off whenever it feels like it. My only dilema is where can I find a replacement or should i just update it to the newer verision box and fuses. Any suggestions?
