Dammit!!

Why do electrical gauges have to be so expensive?? I was expecting to pay $200 or so for fuel, boost/vac, and oil pressure gauges before I get my KB.. Now I find it's going to me $200 EACH for the oil and fuel and $70 for the boost..

Boooourns..

Anyone know the cheapest place to buy Autometer gauges? I checked ebay already.. Looking for the Phantom IIs..

Autometer gauges are freakin' expensive. If you want cheap, go with Stewart Warner gauges. They are reasonably priced. Boost gauge is $55 from Summit. Fuel pressure is $85.

i hate autometer. Long story short i know when of there guys(used to work for me making pods)I hate him. Also just a heads up my cousin is having a meeting with them sometime soon, and they are going to be going with him making gauges after seeing his new set hes going to release. He also has a meeting with summit and jegs to start selling his gauges within a week. Prices should be reasonable. Each gauges has more then its fair share of programmable option to controls. Including the 5in tach that comes with traction control, water/meth inj control, and nitrous control as well as built in shift lights. Once i find prices out i can give a shout out and mabe work out a group buy with them.

Save yourself some money, you dont need all those. IMO a boost guage is only a necessity on turbo applications in case there is a malfunction with the wastegate. Boost guage is a nice thing to have though for sure. Your #1 priority if you're gonna be boosted should be AFR, and having that you dont need a fuel pressure guage. Unless your on a built motor, I wouldnt worry about oil pressure. If there is a problem, your stock oil pressure guage + oil light will let you know.
