this is kind of an odd question but are 91 mustang gauges bimetal or magnetic? the reason im asking is because my dad found a diagnosis thing for my car to figure out why my gas gauge doesnt work and it shows a way for bimetal and magnetic gauges.

There is a small circuit board on the back of the cluster that sometimes goes bad also and causes the fuel gauge to not read correctly.
nah its not the sending unit because i just spent $80 on a new one and it still doesnt work.
