Gave my engine bay a little color!!(pics)

What do ya think. I painted the cover, b/c it was starting to look pretty ugly. Also, I didn't do a complete polish job on it, b/c I thought it might look kinda dumb on a nonpolished intake. I'm not too worried about any of it though, b/c I'm getting a new intake not to far down the road.

Let me know what you think.

p.s. I really don't care if someone doesn't like it, so if you don't like it just tell me. also, I'm thinking about getting rid of the stickers??

i was going to paint the sides black, but i just said forget about it! what i should do is do the stripes above and below where it says 5.0 in black. i just now thought about that. that would look really good, but like i said, i'm not too worried about it.

He hasn't been to the track yet with the 4.10s.

i posted them with just my attachments, but then i ran out of room, so i deleted them for my attachments, but i could still see the pics. Just the link at then bottom went away. Maybe when i did that, it made in impossible for everyone else to see.

i just painted up my stock upper and plate while home last weekend....ill post some pics this weekend....

Not that it looks bad, but you can spend a decent amount of time, and VERY LITTLE money, and clean that bay up really nicely with a Dremel and some scouring wheels (especially the ps bracket).

You can also polish up the plate pretty easily. Your engine bay has a lot of potential in terms of "looks", If you are not at the stage to spend money on power now.

yeah, i know. i just haven't had any time yet. i just got out of school 2 weeks ago and have worked pretty much every day. next week, i am working 85 hours out of state, so you can see how busy i am. but i would like some tips though. thanks. i am thinking about getting some things powdercoated, but i don't know what yet or what color. also, i don't know my exact plans down the road.

p.s. my car is extremely clean for a 1995 with 114,000 miles on it. it's my baby. my girlfriend knows that too. hehe
