Gears and speedometer questions..

Ok, Ive been debating between 3.55's and 3.73's for my 97 auto. Im worried about my speedometer being way off.
I checked out dallasmustang's forum on the speed-cal and it seems that
alot of auto ppl are having problems with the speed-cal. So that is scaring
me away from the speed-cal.

Does anyone know a off my speedo will be with 3.73's and the 23 tooth (3.55)speedo gear?
And second question is to anyone using the DM speed-cal on an auto,
any probems? how long have you used it?

Thanks

Na, I don't want 4.10's. My friend (Silvergt2001) put 4.10's on his car
last week and I didnt like the freeway driving (80) much at all. In town
from light to light was fun...:nice: But he likes it and thats all that matters...:D

Im not out to have the fastest car in town, just a nice all around American made muscle car. So I know I would be happy with 3.55's but happier with
3.73's. I just want my speedo to right-on also!

Eitherway it will be a good upgrade from the 3.08's that Im sportin' now crapola

Keep the info coming,
just no more "4.10's" and "don't fear the gear" ....:nonono:

If your car is a auto you should go with the 4:10's If its a manual the 3:73's would be ok if your not after max performance. For me it was 4:10's no other choice was ever considered.:nice:
