I want 4.10s but I am trying to find someone that has them already in a 01-04 gt 5spd, i am trying to find out the rpms on highway driving.


i want to keep some sort of descent mileage but want the 4.10s cause i am gonna run 17.10.5s with 315/35

and dont wanna lose any power with that big tire and heavy rim

I have 3.73s in my 02 GT love em PERFECT gear i think for my GT. And all i do is highway driving. 80 miles a day to and from work.

Your highway mileage is going to come down 2-3mpg. They are worth it though..

I have 4.30's in my Mach 1 and I love 'em. 23mpg.

I have motive 4.10s on my 04 GT 5 spd. I've had them for almost 10,000 miles now. RPMs @ 70mph is around 2400 for me. Still get minimum 20mpg(usually 22-23 when I can keep my foot out of it). Im pretty sure I could get more mpg out of it, but I drive "very spirited" several times on EVERY tank of gas. No whine. No issues. No s#it. First gear is still useable. I shift into higher gears sooner during in-town driving than I used to with 3.27s. Even my wife loves the 4.10s!!!

Very good investment. Great performance, street and track. No issues if installed correctly. Fine for daily driving.

Take your current RPM at whatever speed you want and multiply it by 1.25 (4.10/3.27).

If you're at 2200 with 3.27s, you'll be at 2760 with 4.10s.

and dont wanna lose any power with that big tire and heavy rim

Gears won't affect power in any significant way.
