I already have the magna pack cat back on my car so Im going to add the new BBK shorties & off road X. This will be on my supercharged Roush so it sould be good for about 20 RWHP so I have been told.
I just dont want to go with the LTs.

1 Its a Roush & if I want to put it back stock I can just stick the stock H on & you really cant see the headers.

2 The car is so low now Im sick of draging whats on the car now so with LTs it will only get worse.

3 transmisson problems with shorties you would be able to take it to the Ford lot & get them fixed under warranty.

4 I like the sound of them better.

5 Im just going for better sound & not looking to get max HP out of a stock motor.

so shorties sound better? I am about to get some bbk LT's (mainly for sound) is there a big difference
I may be alone on this, but honestly, longtubes are just too much loudness for me. If it were a race car, or an all out horsepower maker, id go for them, but honestly, I dont really like how longtubes sound. Look around for some soundclips to get somewhat of an idea, but you really need to hear some in person. Now on the other hand, a cobra with longtubes equals instant drool...mmm Anyway, if you want the most horsepower, get the longtubes, but since hes just looking for a little more sound and power, and doesnt wanna scrape or deal with issues, the best thing would be the shorties. Has anyone got any results on the new BBK tuned lengths. I heard they were kinda a bitch to install though, go figure... 4.6+ header install = pain in the rear.
