I searched, could not find anything...

What's a ballpark figure for having a shop bore my block for my stroker kit. I gotta get it bored .080 over for my 557. Also if anyone knows the cost of getting the top decked let me know that too please. I am probably gonna have it decked so the pistons sit flush with the block to bump compression to reduce required octane and add some power.

if you get the blocked decked to increase compression you will need to run higher octane. but anyways, i think the guy who did my block charged me like $15/cylinder to bore and hone. i paid $425 for a the block to be cleaned, bored, honed, cam bearings installed, freeze plugs installed, a few threaded plugs installed, new main bearings, pistons, and rings, get the rods machined, and the pistons installed on the rods.

I paid $15 bucks a cylinder for the bore... but that was 30 over on my mexican block... the rest of the work (tank, deck, etc) was done for an 8.8 rearend trade

Engine Might have to get a Dart block but don't want to and if I do, then 363 instead of 331. Thoughts on what I've already bought so far.......
