Getting MM Standard length Subs welded on. What to look out for?

I have the same ones on my car, and actually helped with the install. The welder will know what to do. Just make sure that after everything is cooled off, take some black rustoleum paint and cover the spot welds and the bare metal areas taken off the SFC for the welds. After that dries a few days later, I'd even take some cheap undercoating and spray that over the paint.

I also highly recommend an "alternating order" for the spot welds so you don't heat the interior carpet up too much in one spot. My friend would make one spot weld on the front end of the SFC, then drop down to the bottom end while I took some wet towels and cooled the new weld. This kept overall temps down to a more manageable level.

You MIGHT not have to do this, but my buddy insisted since it wasn't his car and didn't want a pony fire in his shop! I willingly obliged!
