Getting my car ready to paint but.......

I cant seem to get the rear bumper off and the window molding above the doors. The Haynes doesn't help much, it says undo the 4 bolts in the trunk for the bumper, the only bolts I seen were small ones that I undid but it did not loosen the bumper. Anyone ever take theirs off? Also the chrome window molding above the doors wont come loose, the front and rear window trim came off easy enough though. Any tips?
