i just bought a black 95 vert with 89,000 miles for $7000! 
it had shorty headers, o/r h-pipe, 3.73s, a cobra front bumper, a new top, a sweet pioneer stereo, high output alternator, and a fenderwell cai when i bought it.
it is in the shop right now getting thumper heads, tfs (street heat) intake, bbk u/d pulleys, new rotors and break pads, and uca/lcas installed. stock cam, for now at least.
i am swapping the fr500s, the shinoda wing and cobra hood from my 96 to it.
i also just bought a tweecer. i am also putting in new o2 sensors.
when i get the tune right, what kind of numbers should i see with this combo? it better be a whole lot better than my 96 dog (240 rwtq, 177 rwhp, sae).
fwiw, no, i am not made of money. i floated $10,000 from my home equity line of credit to finance all this. the wife is not very pleased, but i am convinced that in the long run (when i do the chp 347 stroker swap a few years from now), i'll end up with a much better ride for alot less than it would cost with the 96. she is looking the other way, but i'm gonna need to sell the 96 asap once the 95 is on the road ...

not sure about toqrue. Also, hate to say this but when you go with the 347 thoes thumper heads wont work that well at all and will more than likely have to be replaced.
