Hey guys. I have a set of rims on my car that I want to get redone. They are 17x8" ROH snypers, but they're finished in white. They look ok, but already I am getting small chips in the powdercoating. I want to get the rims stripped to bare metal, and then polished and sealed like any other sliver rims. Does anyone know where I could get these rims refinished, and how much would this run me?

I would have them chromed.. That is if your going to pay someone to do it. I was charged $85 per wheel to have my 93 cobras chromed plus $15 for the caps. Your going to pay about the same to have them polished.

And chrome looks MUCH better and are less of a hassle to keep clean.

Where did you get that done? Did they clean up the wheel, strip it, and then do it, so it came out looking mint? I'm not so sure about chrome, but I know Snypers look sick in chrome.

Yes.. they did all the prep. I had it done at santa ana plating; do a google search for their page.

Top notch quality, this is the second set of wheels they have done for me and they warranty their work for the first year.

Is it something local to you, or do you ship them your stuff? This might be something I'd do maybe over the winter. How long were you without your wheels?

The place is about 15 minutes from me... It took them 3 weeks to do my wheels and they do ship.
