Well, I need some advice. I've been waiting and waiting for a rear spoiler I ordered from this guy and it's been over a month. I sent him a Money Order in good faith but it looks like I was stupid. I was really surprised because he seemed really sincere (so said the virgin on her first night out ).

So to make it short- lots of emails back and forth. Got his name, address and phone number. I called him and he said "The shipping co. sent the box back to me cause it was packaged wrong - I'll ship it again tommorrow" Yeah...sure..shipping companies always figure out that something is packaged wrong AFTER they've accepted it...

So what should I do next. I'd like to take a big crap on this a*****s head!

Are there any authorities that look into this kind of fraud in the States?

I know of companies that will send a lump of dog**** to the person of your choice but I don't want to spend any more money on this loser. Maybe I'll send him a decapitated horse head like in the Godfather...I dunno (sigh) - any better suggestions???

Might post where he's located. Perhaps a board member could pick it up and ship it for you. I know I would if they're anywhere close to me.

I'd say if you don't have it in a week, it'd be time to get the US Postal service involved, and let the board know who it is (we don't need anybody else getting shanked). The PO takes mail fraud very seriously. Worked for me on a deal gone bad. Got his attention real quick, after he basically told me to get stuffed.

Not sure how the postal service works with this type of issue in Canada. I had the same problem in March of 03 with a seller that listed II parts for sale on mii.net. I sent a US postal money order for $340.00 and got ripped. The postal inspectors didn't get me my money back because there were no prior complaints filed against this thief. So, if there's only one complaint filed they're home free with the money order. There must be at least two complaints of internet fraud filed in order for the postal inspectors to put the hammer down.
The pond scum that scammed me out of my hard earned money is

Just a heads up in case anyone from this forum has any dealings with this character.
Says he has a 77 Cobra that he's working on. Was supposed to receive a V8 RAD4 trans, flywheel, and seperator plate.

Maybe you'll have better luck dealing with your postal service. You can file a complaint with the FBI at http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp. It is a federal offense. You can also call his local precinct to file a complaint of internet fraud. They may just go knock on his door to give him some incentive to get your parts out to you.

Good luck

Might as well start a deadbeat list...

The piece of **** that ripped me off is:

Tyler Hoskins 2502 Ontario st. Pueblo Colorado 81004, USA
Email: Mustangtwon1@aol.com
Telephone: 1-719-561-3360

If I don't force this bastard to 1)change his email 2)change his phone number and 3) have his family disown his criminal ass, I will feel like I haven't had my pound of flesh.

Maybe I should pass this along other forums so that nobody else ends up dealing with this jerk. Also, maybe maybe everyone would send him an email telling him what an ******* he is ripping off hard working (double time- day&night with the car) hobbiest's.

Hey it`s a good thing for the ass *** that ripped you off, that he doesn`t live in Montreal...I would`ve made you a favor!!! Us Frenchies we have a tendency to loose temper very fast I had just pick up my dog`s ****t yesterday Anyhow some day he`s gonna f**k with the wrong guy!!You know dental work is quite painful and expensive

Good luck to you!

:OT: How can somebody go so low to ripp off people of their hard earn money ???It`s already hard enough to find parts!! It makes me so angry I don`t know where our society is heading Now let`s go abuse old people and animals...why not! It`s so coward to do that over the net i`m sure if the guy lived a few blocks away it would have been a different story...

oh, Dooh Should have done my homework

Well it looks like this guy's pissed off enough people that the FBI or Postal Service might take this seriously.

I reckon it's a good day for a lynching...I'm starting up a posse

I have a question for the moderators. How come when I told everyone that I had
been ripped off by Joe Rosen my thread got closed after only two replies? Don't
get me wrong I think that everyone that rips some one off should be listed as a
deadbeat which is exactly what I tried to do. I did everything that has been mentioned in the above post except make threats of sending dog crap his way
or hide cuss words with ******s. I would like to know why I did not recieve
the same type of consideration in my thread. By the way I still have not
recieved the parts or a refund.
