ok this is my first superchaged car guys so maybe this is normal

when driving and not in boost giving the car steady gas say 60mph
i can feel the car sligthly surging almost as if i had the ac on in the car

nothing major but i can notice it

now i know that a superchager puts some drag on the car because even if your not in boost your motor is still turning the charger.

and secondly if the car sits to the point were its cool (not at operating temp.)
the car just dies at start up

but if i give it a little gas for 2-3 secs then it idles fine

but like i said if i just turn the key to start it up it dies

also if its warm it does start right up but the start up is kinda lazy like (not a strong start-up)

I notice similar very very very slight surgey feelings. I have a different blower, but I figured I'd chime in to state my case.

It only happens through gradual acceleration. And usually only in second and third gear.

Are you sure you loaded the tune properly? A lot of people don't load the tune right.

as far as problem #1, it may be backwash from the bypass valve effecting the maf.

talk to Tim about #2

i was just wondering because i had a clutch put in about aweek ago and they had the car unplugged for a few hrs

i was not sure if thats why the car was idling funny so i reflashed it

The surging is probably the bypass. My car does it as well, it should go away once I finally put a mini-race on. FWIW, I've noticed it's wose w/ humid weather.

I'm not sure about the startup issue. How long has the blower been on? It may be an IAC that went bad, but I'm not sure.

As for the flash, you're fine w/ the battery unhooked. The tune will stay.

I have a Procharger and it does the same things.

A slight surge at 60mph. Pedal to the floor I don't feel any surge though.

In the mornings, my car also takes 2 seconds or so to start versus a second when its hot.

Not a big deal in my opinion.

The start up issues are a result of the tune. The surgging is either from the bypass causing wash on the mass air or possibly the tune also needs some adjusting.
