I've got a question. I just got back to my 69 coupe after 15 months in the desert. It's been sitting in storage in the wonderfully salty air of Hawaii and I wanted to know what all I should replace/change/etc. before I take her back out on the road. I'm aware I should already know this stuff, but I've been outta the loop for a bit. Good at working on helicopters, terrible at working on cars.....weird huh?

15 months isn't too crazy for a mustang (unless it is a really corrosive environment). check all your brakes and suspension parts under the car. check the tires for cracking, relube your front wheel bearings, change the oil, trans fluid, and rear axle fluid. oh yeah, and do a nasty burnout when you get it running so you'll never think twice about storing it again.
