Yeah that INT really hurt the giants.
This is where the paths split. Eli/Brady are both QB's of teams that are expected to do a lot. At a time in the game both QB's had their team down by 2 scores and had to drive the offense into scoring positions. Brady was down 16-28 and was able to engineer 2 scoring drives to put them in the lead. Eli was playing well while they had the lead so the pressure was off. When placed in the situation of having to bring his team back in a game that meant nothing, but counted for everything he did what we often see coming from Eli

As Ive seen many many times before Eli over threw his receiver and right into the hands of Hobbs. Eli's accuracy is not that great, Im not saying Brady completed every pass but he played a hell of a lot better then Eli as expected considering Eli is no Tom Brady to begin with. Eli has a perpetual problem with throwing the ball high, it happens every single week in and week out and it always comes at times when they need to move the ball, it does not always lead to an INT as in this case but at other times costs them 1st downs and even TD's. Pressure situation and Eli Manning is a perfect combination for a choke.
Even though they did not get the ball back after the onside kick the previous drive was horrid. Yes they scored a TD but they took so much time off the clock doing it wich took away any chance of stopping the Patriots with a 3 and out since they had TD's left to stop the clock. Like Ive said time and time again Eli cannot lead the team, time was of the essence and he was wasting it all at the line I dont know what the hell he was doing but that was one of the worse clock management cases Ive ever seen. If they left more time on the clock and were able to stop the Patriots from driving they would have had to punt and the Giants would have had a chance to score again. But we all saw what did happen which even drives home even more my points about Eli
