I have never gotten my car put on the dyno to figure out where I am at already, but it has been tuned. Here are my mods as of right now and I would like to know of some suggestions to get me my goal minus Forced Induction if possible.

Mods: 1991 Mustang GT 306 - Beefed AOD w/External Cooler, 4.10s, 24 lbs Injectors, TF Stage 1 Cam, Ported Matched TF Upper and Lower Intake, Ported and Polished Pro Comp 195s 61 Combustion Champers, Pacesetter Equal Length Headers, Flowmaster Super 40s, No Cats, No Crossover Pipe, BBK CAI, Flat Top Hypereuretic Pistons, ~10:1 Comp, Electric Fan.

Has less than 10,000 on the new engine. The Engine was also built for NOS, so the rotating assembly was put together for such. This is all the stuff that came with the Mustang GT. Thanks!

He's a little off, with an automatic and a 306 you are not well past 325rwhp.
325rwhp isn't easily done in a naturally aspirated 302 or 306.

If the car is put together properly 300rwhp could be realistic, but it's hard to tell with an auto, they tend to soak up a bit more power. And the heads i'm not sure of, 195 ported heads sound like they should be on a 347 or 408.

Also, i see you say it's built for nitrous, but hyper pistons would suggest otherwise.
Not that it's gonna blow up, people run nitrous on hypers all the time, but if you were building it specifically for nitrous they really wouldn't be the first choice in pistons or even a choice at all.

Take it to a dyno shop, dyno runs have gotten pretty cheap these days.

Wow really? I had no idea that much power was being made. If anymore HP is to be made without a supercharger.....i.e. different combos, etc I would love to know.
Id swap for the stage 2 TF cam.

I have less flowing heads and make 325rwhp. but than again Im not sure how much HP the aod is costing.

I honestly don't know what type of pistons it has I know they are Flat Top and they are good with Nitrous. I do know that the Crank and Rods are Forged, so maybe the Pistons are Forged. I can ask the Machine Shop Guy I bought the car from. That's just something I didn't ask when I bought the car. Then again, it was a few months ago, so I dunno.

Heads on a small engine aren't all about the port size.
Too much can be just as bad as too little.
Ever see a set of heads off an old boss 302? You could drive a truck through one of the ports, too bad the engine makes under 200rwhp.

While the heads make the most power, it's still about the combination as a whole. Too much or too little in any area (h/c or i) could make a mess out of the setup.

As far as the cam, putting a stage II in over a I isn't worth the trouble, if you were going to pull it out, a custom cam setup would be best. Either than or just leave it alone.

How much would that benefit? I plan on eventually (Maaaybe) adding a Supercharger/Turbo. Will this cam have any negative effects?
@ 15hp Id guess.
I swaped out the systemax cam (similar to the FR F-cam) to the Z cam and gained 4 mph on my trap speed which equates to @ a 30hp gain. I plan on swapping to the TF stage 2 also.

everyone always says custom cam, but you change your intake or ring & pinon and that custom cam is no longer ideal for your motor.
