Well, I want to say thanks for all the help I have received on here. I would have never done all this work by myself if it wasn't for Stangnet....:SNSign:

I am heading to Pro-Dyno to see Dan this coming week and was wondering what you guys think my numbers will be? I would like to have some sort of idea. You think 400 flywheel horsepower is reasonable?

The Vortech is the HO kit. I am not sure I will get 10psi but I also have the AFM powerpipe to help.

Will post some numbers when I get back Tuesday.

For refrence my stock 5 liter made 357rwhp with 10.5psi from a SC-trim Vortech and No Tune(way rich pos)

That car with a good tune should make 440rwhp+ with a manual.

What is the rule of thumb for drivetrain loss when calculating flywheel hp with a manual? I had heard 15%. Is this about right?

i would say just over 415rwhp. If it makes all 10 psi...it might make 440-450rwhp.
