I am thinking about going supercharged and was wondering about the powerdyne setup. Anyone here have one who would like to share their thoughts on this setup.

im not even going to get started on my powerdyne experience.....to make a long agonizing story very short and to the point, go with a real blower (vortech, paxton, or procharger) instead of wasting your time on a blower that doesnt measure up. as the saying goes, you definitely get what you pay for.

I have the 9# setup and like it. It does have its limits, but if you are using the 9# pully and keep rpms at 6500 or below its a great daily setup. You can remove it in minutes because you dont have to worry about oil lines or anything. It really depends on what you want. If you looking for more then 9# go with something different, if not I think its a good setup.

I've been in Green's car with both a Powerdyne and now a Vortech and it was like night and day. Find a Vortech and be done with it. I loved mine and wish I still had it.

look at the quality of brakets and components and such and you will buy a Vortech or Paxton over it, but if your just looking for anything that will give you a little boost and dont care about upgrading id do it . I mean you can tell people u have a blower i guess
