What all has to be done when switching to carb on a 5.0 mustang? And if I do it how much power increase will I see with an Edelbrock RPM AIRGAP Intake and 650 Holley on a completely stock engine?

It would be over kill on a stock engine,so why leave it stock?
Get a cam to match the rpm range and some cheap ported E7 or Windsor heads.
