94-98 seats should be a direct fit, 99-04 should also work but will require wiring harness adjustments. (I assume by better you mean same or newer, some Fox stuff would probably fit too.)

Pretty sure the Exploder is a good source for 31-spline 8.8's. Axles of course won't be right, but the carrier should just drop in. If you're looking for the full rear with housing, that's another story about which I have no clue. Your signature doesn't exactly tell me you need 31 splines for now, but you can never collect too many good parts can you?
