Going to the track tonight

Just like the title says. It's my second time going, the weather is quite a bit cooler and I'm feeling lucky... Please give me some tips. I ran a 9.4 in the 1/8th last time @ 76
My 60's were 1.198
I didn't rev any at the launch cause I'm afraid I'm going to blow the tires away... what do you guys think? Give me some tips please.

Im assuming you meant 2.198 for your 60's. Sorry cant help you with the launch technique, mines an auto so I just floor it and hold on.
