I am going to Vegas next week because my 23 y/o son is getting married. So I'm taking a week off work to go there and have some fun.

I have worked everyday sense Feb 14th, 7 days a week 8 hrs a Freaking day.
I saved up money to pay my sons collage debt off and help him move back to Washington from Phoenix AZ.

I have never been to Vegas and would like to know what are some good things to do there.
I heard there is a Shelby car collection there.
"And yes I will be hitting the Strip clubs."
Not much of a gambler tho.

Whats up 95BLKGT5.0 - Nice choice on going to vegas! Most people don't understand that you don't have to gamble to have fun there, theres something for everyone! I took a trip there 2003 and i'm going back for a few weeks starting July 1st. I havent' had a chance to check out the Shelby car collection, didn't even know they had one. Let me think to some of the stuff we did: You have! to check out the Hoover dam, it is probably worth the whole trip alone and is absolutely awesome. We stayed at the Mirage last time. Checking out most of the casinos and most of the sights out there could take you all week, theres tons of stuff to do in all the casinos like Caesar's Palace, the Bellagio etc... The Stratosphere is also really cool on the North side of the strip, I beleive it's the 3rd tallest structure in america. They also have some pretty cool rides on top if your into that sort of thing they have a freefall (tallest in the world) and a new one called Insanity that takes you over the side (1150ft) and swings you up to 2Gs. Last time I swung over by circus circus and bungee jumped at AJ Hackett. It's 173ft tower and it's the tallest tower in america or so I've heard. It's an exilherating rush if you want to try it. The first jump is $50, the 2nd and 3rd is $25 and the 4th jump is Free. It's cool to try a few jumps while your there like the elevator is jumping off backwards and some stuff like that. Before you leave you should check out the Grand Canyon too, while your there. If your checking out some strip clubs, Deja Vu is awesome, last time we went somehow we caught amateur's night and they had a contest, the funny part was me and my friend were practically the only people in the joint, lol. And finally, if your looking for a fancy place to eat the last time I was there we went to Onda in the Mirage and it was really really nice (and expensive, they don't even have prices on the menus, lol). I left a lot of other places out here and there but once you get over there youll find tons of stuff to do! Hope I could help a little and have a fun trip!
