Good area shop for suspension mods?

I'd like to have my ride lowered 1.5" (maybe springs and cc plates) and have subframe connectors installed. Another possibility would be to go to coil overs front and rear. Is there a good shop that might be able to do the work for me (while I wait) in one day? I'm guessing it could be done in 1 day, or is that crazy?

I'd say if you have the resources, (basically a jack, tools and patience) you could save some money and do it yourself if you feel comfortable. Suspension was basically the first thing I did to my car and did it just one day in the garage. That was springs and cc plates. For my subframe connectors I took it into a shop and they welded it up in no time, pm me and I can give you their contacts, its a real good place and up in Tacoma.
