it was supposed to be a ford GT block with everything there is to put on it. there is no way he can trust the internals or anything else to be what it is supposed to be.

Hmm, I just read JDM's response..

1) JDM should have been more knowledgeable about the FPDM's and the wiring and they should fix the issue.

2) It said *on the invoice* that the stock fuel lines were used, so Rafael should have read the invoice. I "assume" he would have been told this fact too because it was right on the invoice.

3) The fact that Rafael ordered parts and changed his mind has no bearing on the situation. JDM had the opportunity to deny the changes, but they didn't. It's they're own fault they have these expensive parts on the shelf now. No point in whining about it to bash Rafael's integrity.

Until the engine is pulled apart to check if the heads were ported, etc.. I don't see any issue.. Rafael needs to stop going off what other people tell him and investigate for himself..

Seems like both parties are at fault here...

The old saying once again applies: There's always three sides to every story; my side, your side, and the truth, which usually lies somewhere in between.

When you work on cars/trucks, one of the first things you learn is that you always need another part to make whatever you just bought... actually work. Thats how it goes, its a never ending battle. So they flopped on fuel lines. Did the truck blow up? No. Tell your friend to deal with a faulty dyno pull like a man and realize that this is part of working on cars. Its never right. Actually even better, dont post a message on stangnet stating that you are his friend. The kid is a crying weenie. Projects take forever to finish, and his project wasnt finished.

There are two sides to these vendor problem stories.

A larger issue would be why the f'k someone would put a GT block and stuff like that in a pick'em'up truck

"Race" trucks, "race" station wagons, and even "race" sedans (four doors) to me are the pinnacle of gheyness. I mean look at the f'n cheesey azz hood with scoops he has on that thing, so LAME!

I do not care if it is a 9 second vehicle, its GHEY!

I did not dump 30k into my vert. It is stock and it is what it is. I do not try to make it into something that it is not.

Maybe it is a Lincoln I have no idea I pretty much despise pick'em'ups if you have not guessed that by now.
