i have a 91 with longtubes x and bassani, and a bbk cold air and thats it.

im talking if its a stock T5. Rebuild kits are like $200-$250 and a junk trans is about $50.
Yeah, the warranty would be nice but T5s suck either way so youre better off saving some cash.

well im sure your gonna see my other post. what do you think it would cost me? i have everything i need to rebuild mine, its just already apart and i need it rebuilt and put back togeather

After all the shipping costs I'd just find a local builder to build a T5z out of your old tranny to save the money and trouble.

Even if that was brand spanking new i wouldn't pay that. For that much you could send a T5 to Liberty and have it pro shifted and have a near bullet proof trans you could beat without mercy every time you drive it.

Doesn't even say if it's rebuilt.

Could have just been pulled from a wrecked car or something.

Either way $700 is not that far off from a new aftermarket t-5

Sorry to Hi Jack your thread but, Will a T5Z or Pro shifted hold as much torque as a TKO 600? Also, what is meant by "Pro shifted" Im going to be doing a trans in the future & Im trying to gather info on options. Thanks
