Good Price?

I'm looking at a black 99 GT Convertible 5-speed with the 35th anniversary package. It's like new with 45k miles. He's asking $5000. What do you think?

45k miles and he only wants 5k? Its either a rushed sale for personal reasons or the car has issues. That is just too good to be true.

He's a personal friend, so that helps. He just bought a Vette and says he has too many toys. I've been wanting this car for a while...I guess I finally broke him down. Just wanted a second opinion on the price. I'll post more pics when it's mine!!
