New mustang

I’m looking to trade my car for a new edge mustang gt 5 speed the guy texted me and said the car has a miss fire but he recently just did the head gasket and studs and timing he said he believes it’s the wires but just hasn’t had time to replace the wires the car looks really nice but I don’t have the money to put in a new motor if the problem is something he caused by pulling the heads. If it isn’t anything broken within the heads I’m sure I can fix a normal miss fire but is there anything to look into or ask more questions. I’m completely new to mustangs. Thank you

You have no way to know what that car has been through or what might be wrong with it and you're planning to use it as a Daily Driver?

It's only 20 years old.


Out of curiosity, what price range are we talking about?

Do you have a garage and a full set of tools?
