well those aren't replacements, they're just reinforcements that get mounted up against the torque boxes. you should probably get the torque boxes welded up first and then buy that kit to reinforce them. i'm not sure if it would be a good idea to leave the torque boxes cracked and just cover it up with those reinforcements.

The sheet metal looks really thin. Can i just bend the torn metal together and mig them together?
