Friend of mine has a 2004 Gt wanted to buy an X-pipe. Went to buy one and bought the SLP Catted X for a 96-98 Gt, wants to know if it will fit his 2004. I told him no, but I am not sure. It is one of those 3-piece kits that come with lead pipes, cat, and then the x-pipe section. I told him to return it, but he said that the company he got it from has certain "Fees" that he would have to pay and he wants to try and install it.

is there a part number you can run and see what models it can fit. but i think it may be close but im not sure of how much of an perfect fit it ill be.

The only thing different with the set-ups were that the Driver's side and the Passanger's side head pipes had different part numbers.

thats probably the little differnce that will make it not work. but i guess you can always give it a shot and see what happens.
