The vibration here is more like a drivetrain/shifter shaking feeling....i've noticed it more towards the center/rear of the car more than anywhere else, but you do feel it in the wheel since the rest of the car is shaking too. I guess that doesnt really answer the question, so if you have a shake i'd start with checking out your tie rods and go from there.
